Development Training Programme Launched

Posted by on July 19, 2012

With ever increasing pressures on budgets and need to increase sales and revenue in business, PRO-tential Coaching along with one of the UK’s top NLP trainers Lesley McDonald are collaborating to launch a schedule of development continued professional development days at more than affordable rates. The programme runs until the end of November with days which are geared towards accelerating business growth through motivating managers to enhance performance, leaders to capture the essence of “the difference that makes the difference” and businesses utilising existing members of the team to be their sales force without increasing overheads.  The economy continues to struggle and thousands of businesses are failing in Scotland.

There are however exceptions to  this rule, for example the mighty company that is MITIE plc with a turnover of £1.6bn. With a record growth of over 400% year on year in parts of their business they simply put their success down to the entreprenerial approach, having a very clear strategy and all their workforce is part of their salesforce.

Hayley Phipps, PRO-tential Coaching Development Director has worked with many divisions of MITIE plc more recently with the “Developing Tomorrows’ Leaders Programme” a 2 year commercial, strategy and personal development programme.   Hayley comments, “working with an organisation with vibrant & passionate people really makes a difference.  The people know what they want, when they need it by and move heaven & earth to achieve it.  I’m delighted to have been a small cog in a huge wheel whilst working with MITIE plc and witnessed the key changes they have made to make a massive difference in all areas of their business”

Hayley knows the pressures of growing business with heading up sales, marketing, operations & customer service functions in previous roles with organisations who had huge growth targets in difficult economic climates. Now an executive coach & consultant for the past 10 years she’s excited about joining forces with Scottish businesses.

“Quite simply the sky is the limit for business in Scotland and we have the belief that as business managers & entrpreneurs through true collaboration, thought leadership and joint ventures we can really make a difference” continues Hayley.

The development programme days are geared at supervisory, team leader, managerial and leadership roles, in addition to entrpreneurs and sole traders.   Lesley McDonald who is co-hosting these days along with Hayley Phipps is an NLP Trainer and ExecuTAP accredited coach.  She has worked alongside one of the worlds finest of business consultants and NLP trainers Sue Knight (author of NLP at Work)

The objective of these days are to offer meaningful and useful learnings, tools and processes to take immediately into the workplace the next day with a 30-day action plan to make changes which you identify for your business/department.
